Every Closet Has A Silver Lining

and this gorgeous white johnny was embroidered skirt pb + j boutique sent is most certainly mines. all those days ive stared blankly at rows of filled hangers only to come to the conclusion that i have absolutely nothing at all to wear, all those nights ive shimmied into countless outfits only to come up short (and with a piled mess of tossed pieces to pick up). all of the times ive felt buyers remorse or worse, ive found the garment of my dreams only to find the store is sold out in my size. this skirt, with its soft sheer fabric, lace detail, and peekaboo cut out is everything i want to wear, the end to all of the bad that comes with being a girl just trying to get dressed. so, needless to say, i needed to find something equally perfect to pair it with. a seemingly impossible task until i came across this black and white v neck polka dot top at target. my eyes were sold and my money was in the cash register the second i saw it. and my darling black ankle strapped pointed toe low heels were a no brainer.

there's just so much pain and suffering sprinkled within the smiles and sunshine, sometimes its so overwhelming trying to sift through it all and so heartbreaking to stay informed but feel helpless to stop any of it. thats why its so crucial to be aware of and thankful for the luck, love and little things in our lives. not to mention, that one skirt that makes you feel as if youve finally conquered your closet.

fizz is a favorite of mine, shes been leaving sweet words and so much support from the start and i feel so fulfilled after reading what shes written me because i can tell she actually pays attention to my posts not just the pretty pictures. speaking of, it does not get more stunning than this girl and her show stopper style. i am constantly turning to her site for inspiration she knows just the prints to pair together, just when to keep it simple, just whats needed to kick it up a notch, and has a shoe collection to envy. i am such a fan of her trendy, timeless, head-turning looks and thank my lucky stars whenever one of mine earns her stamp of approval.
